CHARLOTTE – SCORE Charlotte elected Danny Fischer, of Matthews, as executive vice president of external affairs for 2019-20.
He will be work on special projects assigned by Chapter President Juliette Weiland and ensure compliance with the SCORE operating manual. He will also continue to serve as am ambassador to the region as well as continue to write and distribute SCORE Charlotte’s weekly and monthly newsletters to members and clients.
In his 30-year career, Fischer has worked as a project manager, data quality analyst, divisional operational manager, portrait studio owner, franchise specialist, funding consultant and entrepreneur. Currently, he is a consultant for DBFI LLC in Matthews, working primarily in real estate investment, as well as a travel advisor with Cruise Planners.
Fischer joined SCORE Charlotte four years ago. He has received two Distinguished Service Awards with the chapter.
SCORE is a volunteer organization consisting of active or retired business executives and owners that give free mentoring to small businesses, including start-ups.
