CHARLOTTE – Aviation Institute of Maintenance extended its campus locations to include Charlotte as part of its continued effort to address growing workforce demand for aviation and skilled technicians.
The campus will hold a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at 7421 E. Independence Blvd. The institute will offer tours of the building in addition to networking opportunities.
The 51,000-square-foot building houses a learning resource center, computer lab and 17 classrooms with audio-visual technology installation.
“AIM’s Charlotte Campus is dedicated to training North Carolina’s future technicians,” Campus Executive Director Alex Diaz said.
